עד שנת 2009 ניהלתי צוות רב מקצועי כגננת טיפולית בגן לילדים בעלי צרכים מיוחדים בפיקוח משרד החינוך במשך 15 שנים. קודם לכן מילאתי תפקיד של גננת משלבת (שי"ח) כ – 5 שנים, ובעבר היותר רחוק ניהלתי גן חובה כגננת – אם בחינוך הרגיל למעלה מ – 10 שנים.במקביל לעבודה המעשית ב"שדה" השלמתי לימודי הסמכה בהדרכת הורים, באימון אישי, בייעוץ חינוכי, בהנחיית גשטלט, בחינוך מיוחד ובחינוך לגיל הרך. במהלך השנים גם נפלה בחלקי זכות נפלאה לעבוד בשיתוף פעולה פורה עם אנשי מקצוע מהשורה הראשונה, כמו פסיכולוגים, מרפאות בעיסוק, מר
