Choose the test or service you need, add it to your cart, and complete checkout online. After your order is processed, you will receive the lab requisition or service instructions needed to complete your testing. If your school, employer, or program gave you a requirement form, review it before ordering. If you are unsure which test matches your requirement, contact LabReqs before purchase so we can help you avoid ordering the wrong test.
Do I need my own doctor's order?
No. Eligible LabReqs lab orders include the physician order needed to complete testing. You do not need to make a separate doctor's appointment just to request the lab order. Some services and state rules may have additional restrictions. LabReqs does not provide direct-to-consumer lab testing in New York, New Jersey, or Rhode Island.
Where do I go for testing?
After ordering, you will use the instructions provided with your order to visit an eligible lab or clinic location. Many lab tests are completed through major national lab networks. Certain medical services, such as vaccinations, physicals, TB skin tests, chest X-rays, and other clinical services, may be completed through separate clinic partners.
