Initial sessions are 45-50 minutes, and routine sessions are also 45-50 minutes.
What is the cancellation policy?
A 24-hour notice is required to avoid a $100 cancellation fee. This fee also applies to no-show appointments.
What insurance plans are accepted?
Accepted insurance companies include Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, United Healthcare, UMR, Optum, Baylor Scott & White, Cigna, and Curative. Medicare and Medicaid plans are not accepted.
