Joy in the Journey Counseling accepts BCBS of Texas, Aetna, Oxford, Oscar, Cigna, and United Healthcare. Some Medicaid and Medicare options are in progress.
What is the cancellation policy for appointments?
A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations of individual, couples, and family sessions to avoid a $75 cancellation fee. Group appointments must be paid at the time of booking.
Do you offer virtual counseling sessions?
Yes, tele-health services are available throughout the state of Texas, in addition to in-person sessions at our Dallas and Greenville locations.
What social groups are available for young people?
We offer a 9/12 Social Circle for pre-teens and a 13/18 Social Circle for teenagers, held every other week both virtually and in person.
