How do I schedule an appointment?
You can call our office at 713-466-1360, email frontdesk@cy-hopecounseling.org, or fill out the online request form. Our intake team will help match you with a counselor based on your needs, schedule, and preferences.
What can I expect at my first session?
During your first appointment, your counselor will review your intake paperwork, learn more about your concerns, and start building a plan for your care. It’s a relaxed conversation meant to help you feel safe and supported.For children under 12, the first session is for parents/guardians only.
Do you accept Insurance, Medicare, and/or Medicaid?
We are considered an Out-of-Network provider, which means we do not bill insurance directly. However, we can provide you with a superbill—a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.What’s a superbill?A superbill is a document you receive from us after your session that includes the necessary information your insurance provider needs to consider reimbursing you for out-of-network services.
