Not at all. Whether you've never lifted before or are getting back into it ,we'll guide you through everything and meet you where you are.
Will you help with nutrition?
Yes. We provide guidance on how to eat in a way that supports fat loss, muscle gain, and long term results.
What if I have injuries or limitations?
We adapt everything to your body. Everyone almost always has specific exercises they struggle with and we are well equipped with the knowledge to modify appropriately while still seeing results. This benefit is one of the main reasons you should seek a trainer.
How long does it take to see results?
Our clients see results within a few weeks and very noticeable changes within 8-12 weeks of consistent nutrition / training adherence.
What happens in the first session?
Half the session we will go over your goals and assess your movement / medical history. The second half we will go through an intro workout based on the information gathered. After this session we will build your plan moving forward.
