Our therapists also provide care for sexual health, desire differences, and relationship repair after betrayal or emotional disconnection.
What is Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)?
EFT is a research-based approach that helps partners understand and heal the emotional patterns that lead to conflict or distance. Rather than focusing on “fighting better,” EFT helps couples build emotional safety, deepen connection, and create lasting change in how they communicate and relate to one another.
