Do you offer online or in-person therapy?
We provide telehealth & in-person sessions for clients located in Texas, Sessions are conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform designed to keep therapy both accessible and private.
What if I’ve never been to therapy before?
You’re in good company. Many clients start their wellness journey right here. We’ll walk you through each step, set the pace together, and make sure you always feel comfortable, informed, and supported.
Do you accept insurance?
We do! Life Wellness Therapy is currently in-network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas, Cigna, Evernorth, UnitedHealthcare, Optum, and Oscar. We’ll verify your benefits before your first session so there are no surprises. Out-of-network? We’ll gladly provide a superbill for possible reimbursement.Insurance participation can change; coverage is not guaranteed until verified. Copays, coinsurance, and deductibles apply per your plan.
How do I schedule an appointment?
You can visit our New Client page — where you’ll be guided to a short form to verify your insurance and begin the intake process. Once your information is received, our team will reach out with next steps and a secure portal invitation.If you’re a returning client, you can conveniently schedule through the Client Portal at any time.If you run into any issues or prefer a little extra help, you can always call us at (832) 737-8820 or email the Wellness Desk at wellnessdesk@lifewellnesstherapy.com.
