For Associate Therapists:$110 for a 50 minute sessionFor Senior Therapists:$150 for a 50 minute sessionWe also offer sliding scale sessions for as low as $70 per 50 minute session for qualifying clients. Please reach out for more information.
Do you take insurance?
All of our Therapists can accept Aetna & Cigna Insurance.Some of our senior therapists are also in-network with Lyra EAP, United Healthcare (UHC), & Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS). Please reach out to confirm which therapists are in-network.If we we are not in-network with your insurance, we can offer superbills for you to submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement/benefits.

We accept all major credit cards/debit cards, cash, check, and health savings account cards (HSA/FSA).
What is included in a phone consultation?
During a 15 minute phone consultation we will discuss your needs and what you are looking for when it comes to counseling to ensure we are a good fit for one another. It’s a chance for you to ask questions and feel out your comfortability. If all is well, we will move forward with scheduling an appointment.
