How can I get access to my medical records?
Access to your records is provided through our secure Leap patient portal. Our office must send you an invitation email with a link and activation code. Once you receive it, you can register and view your records. If you have not received the invitation, please let us know and we will resend it—patients cannot register without the activation code.
How do I share my medical record with you?
Either your provider can fax those to us, or you can upload your records via portal, fax or secure email.
Do I need to be fasting for labs?
NO, our labs do not require any fasting for oncology consults.
Do you do labs (blood work) in the office?
Yes, we run CBC in our office and we will send other labs to local laboratories such as Quest or LabCorp depending on your insurance preferences.
