Expect your first appointment to last about an hour. We like to get to know you and talk about expectations during therapy. General orthopedic therapy appointments last about 45 minutes to one hour but can fluctuate depending on your specific care plan and complexity of treatment.
I don’t have insurance. Do you take patients without insurance?
Absolutely! Our locations accept most insurance plans, but sometimes it is more cost-effective to pay out of pocket. Please contact our call center to discuss specific self-pay therapy programs.

The H2 Health Family is in network with the majority of commercial, government and private insurance companies. We suggest that you contact your health insurance plan before your appointment to verify benefits and coverage and to confirm your preferred clinic is a participating provider.
How often do I have to come to therapy?
Your frequency depends on your complexity of care and recommendations from your physician. Most patients come 2 to 3 times per week for 4 to 6 weeks for the best physical outcomes. We can work with your individual needs to create a plan custom to you.
Do I need a referral to receive therapy?
