How Much Are Your Services?
You only stand to gain—not lose. How is that possible?Because our fee is contingent on winning your case. If we don’t win, you don’t owe us anything—you simply walk away.If you’re approved, Social Security looks back at the months your claim was pending and determines what you should have been paid during that time (this is called back pay). Once that amount is calculated, Social Security pays our fee directly from the back pay (up to 25%, subject to SSA rules), and you receive the remaining 75%
What Are The Benefits To Hiring You?
I do all the leg work so you don’t have to. With my experience I know what the disability examiners are looking for, allowing me to decrease processing times and greatly increase approval chances. If your case isn’t approved, then you do not owe me anything and I take a hit to my approval stats and my credibility.
How Are You Different From A Lawyer?
I have an added advantage because I was trained by Social Security through my previous work there. I understand what SSA requires and how claims are evaluated, and I’ll teach you what SSA is looking for. Once you’re approved, Social Security periodically conducts Continuing Disability Review (CDR) every few years. By working together, you’ll already understand what SSA expects. I provide the same core representation, support, and services you’d receive from an attorney at the initial application
