AI Disclaimer
1. AI Components in the Service
Vizoryo uses artificial intelligence in the following areas:
- Business Classification — AI systems classify businesses by category, industry, and schema type based on website content.
- AI Visibility Scoring — Algorithmic scoring of business websites based on structure, trust signals, entity identity, and other measurable factors.
- Profile Content Generation — AI systems generate the structured fields of your business profile (presented in the product interface as your "AI Identity"), including service descriptions, FAQs, taglines, and summaries.
- Recommendations — AI-generated suggestions for improving AI visibility (available to paid subscribers).
- Audit Interpretation — AI-generated analysis of audit results identifying issues and improvement opportunities (available to paid subscribers).
2. Nature of AI Outputs
AI-generated content and scores are probabilistic outputs based on available data. They are NOT statements of fact, professional advice, guarantees of accuracy, endorsements, definitive assessments, or substitutes for human judgment. AI outputs should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business decisions.
3. Accuracy Limitations
AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information. AI outputs depend on the quality and availability of source data. AI models are updated periodically and outputs may change even if the underlying business data has not changed.
AI cannot verify claims that require physical inspection or human judgment. Users should independently verify any information before relying on it.
AI Visibility Scores and business classifications can change when we update our scoring and classification systems, independently of any change in the underlying business data. A score is a point-in-time measurement, not a permanent rating. If you believe a score or classification is wrong, you can report it free of charge through our correction and removal request form at vizoryo.com/removal-request, or by contacting privacy@vizoryo.com, and we will review it.
4. Human Oversight and User Responsibility
Before AI-generated profile content is published, it passes automated validation gates: statements that are not supported by the collected source data are dropped, and facts are cross-checked for consistency between the sources we hold. Users are encouraged to review and verify all AI-generated content. Anyone may report an inaccuracy free of charge, and business representatives who have claimed their profile may edit AI-generated content directly.
Users rely on AI outputs at their own risk. Users should consult qualified professionals for business, legal, financial, or marketing decisions. Nothing in the Service constitutes professional advice of any kind.
5. Liability Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vizoryo shall not be liable for damages arising from reliance on AI-generated content, scores, recommendations, or other algorithmic outputs. This includes damages arising from inaccurate classifications, incorrect scores, misleading recommendations, or omissions in AI-generated content. This limitation does not apply to damages caused by Vizoryo's gross negligence, fraud, willful misconduct, or violations of applicable data protection law. Users may request human review of any AI output by contacting privacy@vizoryo.com within 30 days of its generation.
6. Data Sharing with AI Providers
To deliver AI-powered features, Vizoryo sends certain data to third-party AI providers for processing:
- Website content (publicly available text, metadata, structured data) is processed by Google's Gemini API for business classification, content generation, and audit recommendations.
- Business names and categories are processed by multiple AI providers (Google, OpenAI, Anthropic) for AI mentions monitoring features.
- Your data is not used to train, fine-tune, or improve any third-party AI models. All processing is performed under data processing agreements that prohibit the use of your data for model training.
7. EU AI Act Compliance
For users in the European Union: Vizoryo's AI systems (AI Visibility Scoring, Business Classification, Content Generation) have been assessed for compliance with Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the EU AI Act). These systems process publicly available business data to generate informational outputs and do not produce legal effects on individuals or similarly significant impacts.
Vizoryo applies automated validation gates before AI-generated content is published: statements that are not supported by the collected source data are dropped, and facts are cross-checked for consistency between sources. Supervisory authorities and affected parties may request information about how these systems operate by contacting legal@vizoryo.com, and we will respond.
Controls over AI outputs are automated: validation gates that reject unsupported claims before publication, and cross-source consistency checks. In addition, anyone — whether or not they are connected to the business — may report an inaccuracy or request removal free of charge through our correction channel, and a business representative who has claimed a profile may edit its AI-generated content directly. You may also ask us to review a decision that affects you by contacting legal@vizoryo.com; we will respond to such requests.
Users may request human review of any automated assessment, classification, or score by contacting privacy@vizoryo.com. We will respond within 30 days with a human-reviewed determination.
8. Scoring Methodology
Vizoryo's AI Visibility Score is a weighted composite of four scored categories: AI Interpretability, Entity & Business Identity, AI Crawlability, and Trust & Compliance. AI Presence is a separate signal measured alongside the score but not included in the 0–100 composite. Each category evaluates specific, measurable characteristics of a business's online presence.
Category weights and individual check weights may be adjusted based on business industry, geographic scope, and website type. These adjustments reflect the different digital norms and expectations across sectors — for example, social media presence is weighted differently for a restaurant than for a professional services firm.
Business profiles with an AI readability score below the quality threshold may be excluded from the public index to maintain data quality. Businesses whose profiles are hidden from the index may request human review and receive guidance on improving their profile quality.
You may request human review of any AI Visibility Score, business classification, or index listing decision by contacting privacy@vizoryo.com. We will respond within 30 days with a human-reviewed determination. This right applies to both registered users and businesses whose profiles were created from public data.
