Where is The Brazos Apartments Located?

Yes. To tour our apartment homes, at least one person in your group who is 18 or older must show a valid government-issued photo ID.
What are the application and administrative fees?
The nonrefundable application fee is $50 per applicant over 18. We do not charge any administrative fees.
What are your income requirements for leasing an apartment?
All persons applying for an apartment must have a verifiable source of income in a gross amount of no less than three (3) times the gross rental rate. We require verification of income of all occupants 18 years of age and over. For income verification we require minimum of 4 weeks worth of paycheck stubs. We may also require the last 2 months of bank statements. We use a third party to verify all documents called SNAPPT. Applicant will get a link sent over to them once they apply. All documents
