What does it cost to be a member of FWFC?
FWFC offers two membership levels. Flying Membership requires a one-time initiation fee of $300, followed by $100 in monthly dues ($65 membership dues and $35 insurance assessment) beginning the first day of the following month. Sim-Only membership requires a $100 initiation fee and $25 in monthly monthly dues.
If I join mid-month, are my membership dues or initiation fee pro-rated?
No, unfortunately we are unable to pro-rate membership dues or initiation fees. Please note that the initiation fee includes both the new member initiation and the monthly dues for the first month, or the remainder of the month in which you join.
Does FWFC offer family membership?
We do not offer family membership. Each individual logging flight time must be a club member.
How does billing work?
All billing is done through our online scheduler, Flight Circle. Dues are collected on the 1st of each month. Aircraft rentals are paid at the time of check-in, upon completion of each flight. All members must have a valid credit/debit card on file and set up for autopay. All payments must be made via a debit/credit card through Flight Circle and accrue a small service fee of 3.5%. ACH payments are also available through Flight Circle, and there’s no additional service fee when using this option
