Are there COVID-19 safety policies at the venues?
Yes, all venues where TBT performs have special safety policies in place for COVID-19. As of March 9, 2022, masks are highly recommended for all patrons attending Texas Ballet Theater performances at AT&T Performing Arts Center and Bass Performance Hall. This policy is subject to change based on public health conditions, so check back before your performance for the latest information. How can I buy tickets?
Tickets may be purchased through Texas Ballet Theater by phone, online or in person. The Patron Services Center is located in our Fort Worth Administrative Office at 1540 Mall Circle, Fort Worth, 76116, next to Ridgmar Mall. Our regular business hours are Monday – Friday, 9 am to 6 pm. You can reach us toll free at 877.828.9200, option 1. On performance days, you can reach us at the venue box office beginning one hour before the performance.
I haven't received my tickets in the mail. Where are they?
If you selected mail as your shipment method and you have not received your tickets within 10 business days of your purchase, please call the Patron Services Center at 877.828.9200 and we will help you make alternate arrangements. If you purchased tickets within 7 days of a performance, they will be held at Will Call, even if you selected to receive them by mail.
What should I do if I lose my tickets?
Don’t worry – you can still see the performance. Call the Patron Services Center at 877.828.9200 or visit the venue box office one hour prior to show time to have your tickets reprinted. If you are a member of a group reservation, you will need to provide your seating location (section, row, and seat number).
How do I exchange a ticket?
Season package holders can exchange tickets between performances of the same production with no exchange fees. If exchanging for a ticket of higher value, the difference in price must be paid. Exchanges must be finalized at least 24 hours before your originally scheduled performance or fees will incur. Single tickets may be exchanged by paying a $10 per ticket exchange fee.
