What equipment is required for training?
150 inch hand wraps and 8oz/10oz gloves for ages 6-11 and 180 inch hand wraps along with 12oz or 14oz gloves for ages 12 and up. 16oz gloves are standard size for sparring.
Do you provide equipment?
Although, we do not provide equipment, our in gym shop is fully stocked with hand wraps, boxing gloves, boxing shoes and all other equipment needed for training.
Do you offer one-on-one training?
Yes we do. 1:1 sessions are offered outside of group classes and are 60 minutes in length. First timers can expect to learn fundamental boxing techniques. Please give us a call or email us to get an update on private session openings.
Do you participate in competitions?
Yes, we encourage and provide the training for members who are looking to compete in amateur and professional boxing.
