Where do you source your coffee from?
We are committed to sourcing only ethically produced and traded coffee in order to support the health of the producers and the coffee industry as a whole. We maintain direct trade relationships with sister farms in Honduras for a number of our offerings and use reputable importers who uphold our same values to obtain other coffees.
How do you package your coffee to ensure freshness?
We package our coffee almost immediately after roasting in airtight, compostable bags with a one-way valve to allow for the release of excess gas without letting air in. This helps to keep the coffee fresh and flavorful for as long as possible.
How do you handle shipping and delivery? What about pick up?
We offer a range of shipping options to ensure that your coffee arrives at your doorstep in a timely and cost-effective manner. Our roast days are Monday and Tuesday with shipping Wednesday through Friday. Your order will generally ship within the same week it’s placed!We also offer pick up for locals. Use code “PICKUP” at checkout to negate shipping and come by the Fairview during normal business hours to grab your order once you receive your fulfillment email.
