Do I have to pick one modality and stick with it?
Definitely not! I am very eclectic and client-centered in my approach, so we will use a variety of interventions and tools, depending on the specific situation.
Are sessions virtual or in-person?
I offer both and we can mix it up. I love meeting in-person the first few sessions because I think it’s more conducive to building rapport faster, but it’s not a deal-breaker. Some of my clients don’t even live in Austin!
Do you accept insurance?
