What is a walk and talk session?
Walk and talk sessions take place outdoors. Some people find it easier to open up when they’re moving instead of sitting face to face. It’s still therapy, just in a different setting.
Where do in person sessions take place?
Sessions take place in a private, comfortable space in my home. It’s designed to feel more relaxed than a traditional office while still being intentional and focused.
Do you offer sliding scale?
Yes. I offer a limited number of reduced rate spots at $60 per session. These are capped and may not always be available.
How long are sessions?
Your first session will be 60 minutes and all follow up sessions will be 45-50 minutes.
