Our physical office is located at 8350 Meadow Road, Suite 265, Dallas, TX 75231.
llAre online services just as good as in-person services?
Absolutely. In our experience, clients that choose online therapy are pleasantly surprised by how intimate online therapy can truly feel.
What are your office hours?
Monday – Saturday 8am – 8pm. However, we stop answering our phones at 6pm. Building locks at 6:45, so please just text us at 214-432-3075 when you arrive and someone will come let you in!
How long are sessions?
Your very first appointment is called an Initial Intake. This appointment is 1.5 hours.
What is involved in an ‘initial intake’?
An initial intake is 1.5 hours. During this appointment, we will review your intake documentation and assessment forms, so that we can clarify your needs and what you desire. We will ensure your metric-based care evaluations are in completed so that we may have an evidence-based way of tracking your progress over time.
