Love Roots Therapy provides a Psychotherapy approach to help identify and change troubling emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. There are so many obstacles and challenges that we all face. In psychotherapy, we strive to create an environment that is welcoming and comfortable to our clients. Every client is treated on an individual basis depending on their need and concern. We provide a flexible and easy approach in order to alleviate any fears of what therapy is about. We want to bring kindness an

Yes! We take Optum, Aetna, Cigna, BCBS, Oscar, Quest, and United.
What is your cost?
Our standard therapy sessions are 53 minutes long. We offer a free 15-minute consultation to help you determine if we’re the right fit for your needs and to address any questions you may have about starting therapy. We accept most insurance plans and welcome clients who prefer to pay out of pocket. The fee for individual therapy is $150 per session, and couples therapy is $180 per session. We do offer sliding scale for clients in need.

How long are sessions?
Typically sessions last 53 minutes. Clients often attend sessions once per week. Of course, based on your specific needs and resources (time, financial, etc.), you may work out a different plan with your therapist. Most therapists spend the first session or two gathering information about why you are seeking therapy, what your goals are, information about any symptoms you might be having, and some background information about your life experiences.
