How do I sign up?
On the homepage of zoomroom.com, click "Learn More" to find the Zoom Room nearest you. From there, choose the New Customer option to create an account. Once you've created your account, your first step is booking a free 30-minute Orientation where you'll come in, see our training gym, meet our team, and learn more about how our training will help you and your dog.
How do your classes work?
Zoom Room offers three types of classes: Group Classes are ongoing, skill-based training using a Levels Training system where progress is based on skill mastery. You attend when it works for your life and move forward as milestones are achieved. Workshops are structured sessions meeting on a set day and time for a defined number of weeks, focused on specific topics. Private Training offers one-on-one instruction tailored to your goals and your dog's needs.
What do I bring to Zoom Room classes?
Bring flat buckle collars along with nylon or leather leashes. Correction collars (choke chains, prong collars, and e-collars) are not permitted. Head collars and harnesses should be removed prior to agility classes. Retractable leashes are not permitted. Also bring at least one high-value treat and one low-value treat. We also carry many treats and can help you pick the best ones.
