Though we don’t have the capacity for facility tours due to our commitment to maintaining a calm, quiet atmosphere, we are happy to send you a video tour. A3: To maintain a calm, stress-free environment for the dogs, we have an extensive trial process prior to approval for daycare and overnight stays. Prices are listed on the Services page. We know all dogs are different, and we will go at your pup’s pace. Some blow right through the trial, while others need a little more time to settle in. 1. A4: Any cancellations made less than 72 hours from the start of a reservation, will be charged the entire amount for the reservation at the time of cancellation. This applies to all services - overnights, dayboarding, social sessions, training sessions, walks, check-ins, meet and greets, etc. These changes include, but are not limited to: postponing a reservation, reducing the number of days of a reservation, picking up a day or multiple days early when your dog is already checked in to a reserv
