Is there a deposit? When are the additional payments due? Do you offer a payment plan?
There is a $1000 deposit requirement to hold your date. This is nonrefundable if you cancel. Once your event takes place, this deposit becomes your cleaning and damage deposit. At that point, if there are no damage or cleaning issues at the event, you will be refunded the $1000. We require 25% of package price to be paid 30 days after contract signing date. An additional 50% is due at the “halfway mark” between the signing date and the event date. The remaining 25% is due 60 days prior to the ev
How do I reserve a date? Do I need to schedule a tour or can I just stop by?
An appointment is required to tour the venue. Book a tour here! If you are ready to say “I do” a contract will need to be completed via Docusign and a payment link will be sent to your email for the deposit. We also have you purchase the required event insurance ($250) at the time of signing.
