The FLEX PLAN includes up to 12 hours of reception time, access to an outdoor grassy patio, multiple ceremony locations, a catering prep area, a 16’ x 32’ raised stage, parking for up to 175 cars, and cleanup services. It also provides up to 150 white wedding chairs, 150 white reception chairs, nine cocktail tables, fifteen 72″ round tables, six 6’ long tables, four 8’ long tables, one bartender, and one security officer.
How long can I rent the venue?
Starting time can be as early as 12:00 PM, with additional hours available for a fee. For Fridays and Saturdays, rental is up to 11:59 PM. Sunday through Thursday rental is up to 11:00 PM.
Can we use our own vendors?
You can use your own vendors for catering, cakes, and photography. However, all drinks and bartending services must be provided through Enchanted Ranch, as they hold a license to sell mixed beverages.
What are the pricing options for corporate events?
Corporate events booked Monday through Wednesday are priced at $300 per hour. Other days are at the standard pricing.
