How does it work?
The host’s responsibilities are limited to arranging tables and chairs and supplying plates and utensils. We handle the rest, bringing our own hibachi grill along with a skilled chef. Your guests have the freedom to tailor their meals to their preferences. The meal begins with a side salad and includes hibachi vegetables, fried rice, sake, and a selection of two protein options.
How much does your service cost?
Our Service has a base price of $60 per adult and $30 per child with a $600 minimum ($70/$35 in Hawaii). All fees are included EXCEPT gratuity and travel fee (only if it is more than 20 miles). Suggested gratuity is 20% of total bill. There is a deposit required for all events (contact the booking manager).
Do you set up tables and chairs?
Yes! For $20 per person we provide full table setup. which includes: tables, chairs, linens, plates, utensils, napkins, setup and breakdown. For more information on setups please check out our Instagram @RockStarHibachi to see how other customers set up!
Do you cook indoors?
We are available outdoor and indoor. Or you can set your party up inside, the chef will cook outside! For indoor hibachi service, we suggest that you turn your fire alarm off and make sure no sprinklers are in the service area. The service area should be close to the window or door.
What time will the chef arrive?
The chef will arrive on time (time of reservation). Our set up process is seamless and only takes a few minutes.
