We like to provide the online option so it’s wherever you have privacy, your office, bedroom, or car, anywhere you have a quiet place to focus on your sessions.
How long are the sessions?
Sessions are 50 minutes each. For clients wanting 80-minute sessions for couples therapy or individual therapy, request that directly via email. For Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), the first intake session is 50 minutes. Subsequent processing sessions are blocked for 60–90 minutes.
How do I schedule a session?
There are a few ways to schedule. You can reach out via phone, text, or email to request an appointment or ask any questions, or you can go directly to our scheduling link to request an appointment with the therapist of your choosing. We offer a free video consultation as an optional service, or you can directly schedule your intake appointment, which will then be approved, and your documentation will be sent electronically. What is your cancellation policy?
Please allow at least 24 business hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your therapy appointment. If you must cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you are responsible for the full session fee. If it is less than 24 hours’ notice, but you are able to reschedule for an open time later in the same week, the late cancel or no show fee will be waived.
