במועדוננו יש קבוצות החל מגיל 2.5 שנים. יש גם קבוצות לגילאי 4-6, גילאי 7-12 ונוער ובוגרים. כמובן שבכל גיל תוכנית האימונים שונה והמטרות שונות. לדוגמא בגיל הצעיר רוב האימון בנוי ממשחקים שבונים את הכוח והמהמעת של הילד ואילו בגילאים הבוגרים יותר יש כבר יותר כניסה לפן הטכני של אומנות הלחימה וההגנה עצמית.
האם אפשר להתחיל אימונים בגיל 30,40,50...?
בהחלט בכל גיל ניתן להתחיל אימוני אומנות לחימה ולשפר גמישות, כושר ולרכוש טכניקה ומיומנות הגנה עצמית. הכל רק עניין של רצון ומחוייבות. כמובן שמומלץ להוועץ ברופא לפני התחיל האימונים כמו לפני כל פעילות ספורטיבית.

בהחלט לא. ראשית אימונים אצלנו הם קודם כל שיטת חינוך ולימוד להמנע מאלימות ולפתור את ענייני היום יום בשלום והדברות. שנית ילדים שמתאמנים אצלנו מקבלים מסגרת לגיטימית לפריקת מתחים והוצאת אנרגיה, וגם הבטחון שלהם עולה וכך בעצם אינם מרגישים צורך להיות אלימים ביום יום.
