We can also accept out-of-network which means you pay upfront for therapy and then we send you a Superbill after your therapy session that you submit to your insurance for reimbursement, It is advised that you double-check with your insurance company to see if they provide reimbursement.

What is the cancellation policy?
You must cancel 48 hours of your session time, or you may be charged the full rate of your session. This allows us to offer the time slot to someone else who may want it. Will online counseling be effective?
Most people find online counseling to be just as effective as in-person therapy. Many people prefer the ease of online therapy from their own space.
