Yes, BUT all UrgentCare2Go® appointments are NON-Refundable. Please, be sure of the date and time of your availability before confirming your appointment.
Can I reschedule my visit?
Yes, rescheduling is allowed under the following conditions: • Appointments within 48 hours of the scheduled visit are non-changeable. • Any cancellation or reschedule within 48 hours will result in a charge of the full amount paid or $279, whichever is higher. • Appointments scheduled more than 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled for a $99 change fee. Please note: All appointments are non-refundable, as a dedicated time slot and clinical resources are reserved specifically for you.
