Everyone! We have clients from all over the Houston area seeking a better way to measure, optimize and understand their bodies. Our customers vary from professional competitors wanting to gain an edge, weight loss customers pursuing body transformations, fitness and recreational sports enthusiast and everyday people who want to stop guessing about their numbers.
Do I need to make an appointment?
Yes. We have appointments available Tuesday through Saturday. Can’t find an appointment time online? Give us a call at 281-241-7125.
How long does my scan or test take?
A DEXA Scan takes 6 to 8 minutes to complete, a Fit3D scan about 15 minutes. A Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) test takes about 20 minutes to perform and a VO2 Max test takes about 30 minutes. We will spend additional time going over your results with you. Plan on 30 minutes total for a DEXA and Fit3D scan in a single appointment. Plan on 30 minutes for an RMR test and 45 minutes for a VO2 Max test. If you are doing DEXA + RMR or DEXA + VO2 test together in one appointment, plan on 60 minutes for t
