Inquiring with Mabuhay Austin, you will receive a quote for your event or service through Honeybook, which is my main booking Platform. Upon receiving an estimate and a proposed menu, there will be opportunities to make adjustments to fit your needs. When you are ready to book, you pay a 20% deposit to secure your date on my calendar. The investment includes menu development, groceries, preparation, menu execution and cleaning up after your event.Up to seven and fourteen days before your event,
HOW LONG DOES AN EVENTS AND SERVICES LAST?
Chef Dan/Mabuhay Austin will arrive 60-90 minutes before your desired sit down time. Depending on the number of courses and guests attending, dinner services lasts between 1.5 - 2 hours. With setup and cleanup time accounted for, your experience with us is in the range of four hours.
DO YOU PROVIDE MENU SAMPLES?
Yes - upon request. as I have crafted different menus for different events , menus from past events can be one that suits you best! Potential clients are encouraged to view my instagram page (@mabuhayaustin) to get an idea of what my food looks like. I mostly specialize in Asian-Fusion, however open to cooking other cuisines.
