Are you accepting new clients?
Yes! One of our core values is accessibility and we make every effort to be available to our clients when they need us most, not six weeks later. In most cases we are able to schedule new client appointments within 48–72 hours. However, if you have scheduling limitations, need to see a therapist who accepts your insurance, or if you are only interested in meeting with one specific therapist, there might be a longer wait. We will do our best to schedule your first appointment as soon as possible.
What are your hours?
Because we have many therapists on our team, we are able to provide a wide range of scheduling options. Our therapists meet with clients during our regular business hours from 9:00 am–4:45 pm Monday through Friday. Some of our therapists also provide after-hours therapy sessions between the hours of 4:45 pm-9:00 pm Monday through Friday and 9:00 am-1:00 pm on Saturdays. We have three therapy offices conveniently located throughout the Austin area. Our therapists are available to meet with you in Round Rock, Westlake, and the Allandale neighborhood of Austin. We also provide online video sessions (teletherapy), which appeal to many of our clients due to the time saving convenience of being able to meet with a therapist from home or work. Our private pay therapy rates range from $75–$215 depending on the service provided (individual or group therapy) and your therapist’s license type. There is a wide range of cost for testing, intensive outpatient therapy, and home-based services, so please contact us for additional information regarding those services.
