We accept Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield of California as out of network. However, you will need to call your insurance for approval before seeing one of our therapists.
Appointment Cancellation Policy?
Hope Village Wellness Center has a 24-hour cancellation policy. To cancel an appointment, reach out to your provider and they will reschedule for you. You can cancel your appointment when you get the notification reminder on your phone. If you cancel within 24 hours you may be charged a cancellation fee, up to the full session cost.
