What is your cancellation policy?
A credit card hold will be placed when you book a regular dining experience at Ishtia. Chef’s table experiences are paid in full upfront and are considered non-refundable, but the reservation can be transferred. If you cancel or reduce the number of guests before 96 hours a charge of $50 per person will be charged to the card on file. After 96 hours you are responsible for the entire cost of your reservation which is final and non-refundable. With 96 hours advance notice, we are happy to resched
What is your dress code?
Our suggested dress code is smart casual. Please refrain from wearing baseball caps, sleeveless tops, shorts, casual sandals, and flip-flops in the restaurant. We encourage dressing up for this special night but wear whatever will make you most comfortable.
What if I am late for the reservation?
Dinner begins promptly at 7:00pm. Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. We can hold your table for up to 15 minutes. After that, we may not be able to accommodate the reservation without omitting courses.
