In some cases, you may be eligible to to use out-of-network benefits unique to your insurance plan. You are responsible for paying for each session in full at the time of your appointment and contacting your insurance for reimbursement.
How much will I pay for therapy using out-of-network benefits?
You can use an out-of-network reimbursement calculator (such as Mentaya) to calculate this or I can provide you with my billing codes and you can directly ask your insurance provider. Most out-of-network benefits are typically reimbursed at 60-80% of the cost of each session.I do not currently submit claims on my clients' behalf at this time.
How do I use my out-of-network benefits?
Your out-of-network benefits are usually pretty straightforward to use. Most insurance companies have you upload your monthly superbill online or email it to them and then they will mail you a check with your reimbursement. Superbills are provided on the receipt of each session which you can access in your patient portal.It’s always a good idea to call the number on the back of your health insurance card listed under Member Services.You can ask them the following questions:Do I have out-of-netwo

Like most specialty providers, I do not contract with any insurance providers. Choosing to be out-of-network allows my clients to receive maximum privacy, confidentiality, and flexibility. Your work with me is not restricted by insurance coverage, thus we get to go deep in our work and truly help you overcome whatever may be prompting you to seek therapy.
