<p>שלום יפעת<br />אכן, דילמה, חתולה מבוגרת גריאטרית, סביר שהגידול בטחול הוא רק אחד ממכלול בעיות.<br />עם זאת, הייתי ממליץ בדיקת רופא מקיפה, ביצוע בדיקות סקר הכוללות , בדיקת דם , שתן , צילומי חזה ואולטראסאונד ובדיקה נוספת לא פחות חשובה, בדיקה לגילוי פעילות יתר של בלוטת התריס,<br />אם לאחר ביצוע הבדיקות נמצא שהגידול מצוי אר ורק בטחול , ואין עדות ממשית לגרורות והבעיות הנוספות , עשויות אפילו להשתפר בעקבות הניתוח, הייתי ממליץ לשקול בחיוב.<br />אכן דילמה לא פשוטה אך יש גידולים סרטניים בחתולים שמקורם ב
