Our truck is fully climate-controlled. Rain, snow, 100 degrees... the party goes on. The GameTruck theater is a self-contained venue with its own power, so weather outside has zero impact on what's happening inside. If anything, kids love the fort-like feeling of gaming while it pours outside.
How much space do you need?
About 60 feet — street parking is preferred. We'll confirm the details when you book. A standard residential street or driveway works for most parties, and our team will walk you through any specifics for your neighborhood. If you're unsure, just snap a photo of the space when you call or text. We can usually give you a clear answer on the spot.
What age is this for?
We typically handle ages 6 and up. The certified GameCoach adapts to the group and makes sure everyone has fun. For younger kids we lean on age-appropriate titles and cooperative game modes, while older kids and adults get the full competitive experience. We've run parties for 6-year-olds and 60-year-olds in the same afternoon and both groups left raving.
Do I need to provide anything?
Nope. We bring everything. You can provide snacks and cake if you want, but that's entirely optional. GameTruck arrives with all the consoles, games, controllers, and a certified GameCoach who runs the whole event. All you need to do is tell us where to park and let the kids know we're coming.
What if some kids don't like video games?
Hasn't happened yet. The multiplayer social energy inside the truck — cheering, friendly trash talk, laughing at fails — tends to rope everyone in within the first few minutes. Our GameCoach can also switch game modes or titles on the fly to match the group. And if you'd like a screen-free option, we offer Laser Tag and GelTag too.
