Where is your office?
Our physical office is located at 8350 Meadow Road, Suite 265, Dallas, TX 75231.
Are online services just as good as in-person services?
Absolutely. In our experience, clients that choose online therapy are pleasantly surprised by how intimate and effective online therapy can truly feel. In fact, sometimes it is helpful for your therapy to be telehealth because there are certain exercises that your therapist can have you do while you are at home that involve you engaging with your environment that cannot be done while in the office.
What are your office hours?
Monday – Saturday 9am – 8pm. However, we stop answering our phones at 5pm. Building locks at 6:45, so please just text us at 214-432-3075 when you arrive and someone will come let you in!
How long are sessions?
Your very first appointment is called an Initial Intake. This appointment is 1.5 hours.
