What are your rates?
Rates start at $225 for a 50-minute session.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Many forms of payment are accepted such as Zelle, Venmo, Check, Cash. All major forms of CC and HSA incur the current processing fees dictated by Square.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please note, hours are my inventory. Without 24-hour notice I am unable to offer this space to another. Scheduled appointments that are cancelled without 24-hours advanced notification, and no shows, are billed at $225. ** If I make a scheduling error ~ your next session has no fee.
Do you take insurance, and how does that work?
My practice does not accept insurance – I can provide paperwork for you to be reimbursed by your insurance company. To learn about your mental health coverage through your insurance carrier, please call them directly. Please check your coverage carefully and make sure you understand their answers. Why do people go to therapy and how do I know if it is right for me?
People have many different motivations for coming to psychotherapy. Some may be going through a major life transition (unemployment, divorce, new job, etc.), or are not handling stressful circumstances well. Some people need assistance managing a range of other issues such as low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, addictions, relationship problems, spiritual conflicts and creative blocks. Therapy can help provide some much needed encouragement and help with skills to get them through these period
