Do you accept insurance?
As an out-of-network provider, clients are responsible for the cost of their sessions, as we do not accept insurance directly. However, we are happy to provide a superbill upon request. This document includes proof of payment, session costs, and necessary diagnostic codes, which you can submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement. What is the cost per session and how long is each session?
Session length is 50 minutes, and fees vary based on the clinician’s training and level of experience. Individual therapy sessions range from $100 to $160 per session. Couples therapy sessions range from $125 to $190 per session. Payment is due at the time of service. Longer sessions may be available for couples or family therapy upon request.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all cash, checks, credit cards, and HSA/FSA cards. The office requires a card on file at all times. All cards are charged through a secure system.
When do I pay for my therapy appointments?
To keep things simple and stress-free, payments are due in full at the end of each session. You can pay by cash, check, major credit card, or HSA account. A credit card will be placed on file and processed through our scheduling system to secure your first appointment. Our current session rates are $160 for a 50-minute individual session and $190 for a 50-minute couples session.
How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?
We understand that life can be unpredictable and plans sometimes change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with 24 hours’ notice or more can be completed via email or text at no charge.Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled session, or missed appointments without notice, will be charged the full session fee. This policy allows us to maintain consistent availability and quality care for all clients.
