Where is your office located?
We are located at 1848 Norwood Plaza Ste. 100b, Hurst, TX 76054. We also provide virtual sessions for clients who prefer online therapy or for those in Texas who are not located in the DFW area. We like to provide the online option so it’s wherever you have privacy, your office, bedroom, or car, anywhere you have a quiet place to focus on your sessions.
How long are the sessions?
Sessions are 50 minutes each. For clients wanting 80-minute sessions for couples therapy or individual therapy, request that directly via email. For Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), the first intake session is 50 minutes. Subsequent processing sessions are blocked for 60–90 minutes.
How do I schedule a session?
There are a few ways to schedule. You can reach out via phone, text, or email to request an appointment or ask any questions, or you can go directly to our scheduling link to request an appointment with the therapist of your choosing. We offer a free video consultation as an optional service, or you can directly schedule your intake appointment, which will then be approved, and your documentation will be sent electronically.
