What is your cancellation policy?

A ​credit ​card ​hold ​will ‍be ​placed ​when ‍you ​book ​a ​regular ‍dining ‍experience ​at ​Ishtia. ‍Chef’s ​table ‍experiences ​are ‍paid ​in ​full ​upfront ‍and ​are ‍considered ​non-refundable, ‍but ‍the ‍reservation ‍can ​be ‍transferred. ‍If ‍you ​cancel ​or ​reduce ​the ​number ​of ‍guests ​before ‍96 ​hours ‍a ‍charge ​of ​$50 ​per ​person ​will ‍be ​charged ​to ‍the ​card ​on ​file. ‍After ‍96 ​hours ​you ‍are ​responsible ‍for ​the ‍entire ​cost ​of ​your ‍reservation ​which ‍is ​final ‍and ‍non-refundable. ‍With ‍96 ​hours ‍advance ‍notice, ‍we ​are ​happy ​to ​resched

What is your dress code?

Our suggested dress code is smart casual. Please refrain from wearing baseball caps, sleeveless tops, shorts, casual sandals, and flip-flops in the restaurant. We encourage dressing up for this special night but wear whatever will make you most comfortable.

What if I am late for the reservation?

Dinner begins promptly at 7:00pm. Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. We can hold your table for up to 15 minutes. After that, we may not be able to accommodate the reservation without omitting courses.
