Do you require long contracts?+
Yes — our standard agreements run 1, 2, or 3 years with no mid-term exit, and we're upfront about why. Most of your monthly cost is vendor pass-through: EDR/MXDR, SIEM, backup, email security, M365 licensing, connectivity. We sign term commitments with those vendors to lock in bulk pricing and pass the discount through to you — a longer commitment on your side gets you a better rate on ours. That's it.
