The deposit is equal to the cost of your first session and will be applied to that session automatically once the session has been completed. However, as per our general financial policy, if you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, this deposit will be refunded back to you or applied to your first session if you reschedule. Yes, every single provider in our practice is trained and experienced in providing therapy services online through secure, free software that works on any device. Click SCHEDULE NOW in the menu to schedule a virtual appointment with one of our providers.
Do you require a desposit for the initial appointment?
Yes. Our providers stay busy here at Stanford Couples Counseling, therefore we will charge the card on file for the amount of the initial session in order to reserve that appointment date and time with your chosen therapist. As long as I cancel 24 hours in advance, this deposit will be refunded to you. Unless you cancel 24 hours or more in advance, this fee will be applied to your initial session whether you show, no show, or late cancel.
