What's your cancellation policy?
Clients may cancel at any time, for any reason, with no fee, once every 3 months. If you have used your free cancellation in the past 3 months and are unable to reschedule within the same week, then you are responsible for the full session fee. For clients who are not able to make their scheduled appointment, every effort will be made to reschedule their missed appointment within a week of the original appointment. That may mean doubling up with 2 appointments in one week. We are also flexible a

We work with clients primarily in person. Online sessions are used when extra flexibility is needed. For example, rather than canceling when one partner is out of town, we have the option to move the session online.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We ask that all clients have a credit card on file in their secure online account. We accept all major credit cards, HSA cards, and FSA cards (yes, you can use these benefits towards therapy!) Sessions are billed automatically on the day of your appointment. However, you may pay with cash or check at the time of your appointment if you prefer.
