Whether you are looking for short-term guidance or trying to sort through quite a bit, our counselors are ready for the journey. A quick FYI, we use the word therapy and counseling interchangeably most of the time, so if you see it or hear it just know we’re talking about

Every person’s story matters and deserves to be heard by someone who cares. We see therapy as an excellent avenue for growth and wellness for anyone. Therapy moves from optional to necessary when your footing is lost and you’re sinking into depression or spiraling into uncontrollable anxiety. We would love to help!
How much does counseling cost?
We have a wide variety of therapists at various price points to help you find the right fit for you and your finances. You can see each of our counselors and their rates on their profiles. Generally it’s between $65 and $200. If you have a budget in mind just let us know when you call. Each of our team also offers virtual therapy options so if you find someone in another city at a price that you like feel free to ask about them as well. We accept all major credit cards and most health savings ac
Do you accept insurance or provide a sliding scale?
We do not accept any insurance. We will happily provide a Superbill to you for submission to your insurance company so that you can be directly reimbursed from your provider. If you are interested in a sliding scale please contact one of our offices for an application. We’ll review and get you a response as quickly as we can. We have a limited amount of sliding scale spots available at each location.
