What happens in a session — what should I expect?
<p>We start with a conversation about what’s going on in your body — what hurts, what’s been building, what you’ve tried. Then you lie on the treatment table and I begin working, checking in with you throughout. I draw on whichever combination of techniques your body responds to that day. Most people feel a significant shift within the session itself. Afterwards it’s common to feel lighter, more spacious in the body, and deeply rested</p>
Do I stay clothed during the session?
<p>For craniosacral therapy, yes — you remain fully clothed. For therapeutic massage and myofascial release, I work directly on the skin with appropriate draping throughout. I’ll always explain what I’m doing and check in with you so you feel comfortable and informed at every stage. Even though therapeutic massage and myofascial release are ideally done directly on the skin, it can be done over clothes for those who feel more comfortable being treated with clothes on.
