The Patient Portal will allow customers to: Download our app. Track your orders. Request refills. And much more...
How long will it take to get my supplies/equipment?
Once CCMS receives a referral we will contact you within 1 business day. After contact we will submit the necessary documentation to your doctor for completion. Once your doctor completes the required documents and returns them to our office we will contact you again to let you know the process moving forward. If you qualify, we will send out your supplies within 24 business hours from receiving the order.
What if I don't qualify?
If you don't qualify we will cover all available options with you based on your coverage at the time of denial.
How do I put my supplies on hold?
CCMS will call you every month to determine if you need your medical supplies for the upcoming month. Or, at any time, you can call or fill out the contact form below and request that we hold or cancel your medical supplies.
What are your operating hours on Fridays?
On Fridays, we are open from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM and then from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
